Service Termination

In May 2020 we began the process of shutting down our Women's Health Personal Trainer service by disabling automatic subscription renewals.

As a result, you will no longer be billed for any continuing service and you will not have the option to renew the service at the end of your current service period.

For the remainder of your service period, you will have the option to receive services and to access your data through an alternative service, GymAmerica.com. We are terminating your Women's Health Personal Trainer account and have arranged for GymAmerica.com’s services to be available to you. Rest assured, all of your program and historical data will be available there, and your diet and / or exercise programs will function just as they did on Women's Health Personal Trainer.

To access your Women's Health Personal Trainer account on GymAmerica.com, simply log in with your current username and password at GymAmerica.com.

We understand that this is an inconvenience for you, and want to make this transition as easy as possible.We also appreciate your patronage so, as a token of our gratitude, we are extending your service term (in which GymAmerica.com will be available to you) by three months. If at any time you'd like to purchase additional time, just visit GymAmerica.com services when logged in to your account.
