If you need help with health/diet/exercise issues, please contact our experts by posting your question on one of our forums. *Please note that our fitness and nutrition experts respond to as many questions in the forum as they can and may not address every question that is posted. It may take up to 48 hours to receive a response however the responses are typically faster than that.
